Thank you for shopping with us. This Return and Refund Policy is prepared in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia, including the Consumer Rights Protection Law.

1. Right of Withdrawal (Distance Contracts)
If you are a consumer (a natural person), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by email: kiiforkids@gmail.com, clearly stating your decision to withdraw from the contract (e.g., via email or a free-form notice).

2. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us).

Reimbursement will be made without undue delay, and not later than 14 days from the day we are informed about your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

3. Return of Goods
You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you informed us about withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;

  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery;

  • Digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, if performance has begun with your prior consent.

5. Defective or Non-Conforming Goods
If the goods are defective, damaged, or not as described, you have the right to file a claim in accordance with Latvian law.

Please contact us at kiiforkids@gmail.com as soon as possible, providing a description and, if possible, photos of the issue.

In such cases, you are entitled to:

  • Repair or replacement of the goods;

  • Price reduction;

  • Full refund (if the issue cannot be resolved).

Return shipping costs in such cases will be covered by us.

6. Processing of Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

Please note that bank processing times may vary and are outside of our control.
